History and governance

Founded in 1972, FINPROMOTION has accumulated more than 50 years of experience in the financial world, facing the numerous challenges that have arisen over the years with a constructive approach, also investing in foreign structures that have enabled it to broaden the spectrum of competences and investment potential for its clients.

In 2022, Cornèr Bank and FINPROMOTION signed an agreement whereby the bank acquired a 30% stake in FINPROMOTION, with the clear goal of developing synergies, while maintaining FINPROMOTION’s operational independence.

FINPROMOTION has been cooperating for over 20 years with the financial engineering company OnFinance, in which it has been a shareholder since its creation.

These two collaborations provide the basis for the future development of FINPROMOTION.

The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority has certified our many years of expertise and knowledge in the field of portfolio management.
